I got my seconds pierced here and for my first's they didn't react AT ALL and so I though they would be fine with my seconds so I went here out of convenience and it was good for about 1 week and then my ears weren't healing and were leaking fluids so I doubled up on top of the spray that I was already using and after a month they had swollen so much and whenever I try to wear the earrings that my ears were pierced with they get infected again!!! Do not recommend the customer service was lovely tho

I got my seconds done this evening and I was absolutely impressed by the service. I have a low tolerance for pain and I was nervous and the service to combat that was absolutely amazing. My server (I didn't get her name sorry) hid the gun so I didn't even have to see it and did it so fast that any pain was gone before I could even stress about it. It was amazing and fast service that was entirely professional and very hygienic. Very much would recommend.
i was a little bit early but they allowed me to get my piercing as soon as i got there which was amazing. they were really professional told me all the tips and tricks about cleaning it and they also were super quick with the piercing which i love as i’m not the best with needles HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this place for all piercings.
I came in for a bridge piercing, customer service is nice but as far as piercing quality goes..... not only is my piercing crooked!!!!! but they put wayyyy too small of a bar in. I asked for advice from many friends who have a bridge piercing and even a couple professional piercers I know and all of them said the bar size that was put in was extremely unsafe because it could very likely lead to an infection and rejection, my skin was pinched together so tight that it hurt more than the piercing itself. Many of them adviced that I get a full refund because of how unsafe and crooked the piercing was. My usual piercer is at the piercing shop in queen st mall, thought I might come here because I have moved and it's closer, I regret it.
