Very impressed with the guys from Conrad Martens. I drove a star picket through a water supply at 7.30 this morning, called them out of the blue and the repair was done and water back on in 1 hour from my call. Fast, efficient, and they had everything on board to get the water back on urgently. You saved both the day, and the job from turning into an ugly mess.. Will recommend to everyone.

I am no expert in plumbing and was therefore concerned about ensuring I got the right advice, service and price for the work required. Conrad Martens were great from the initial call to the advice over the phone to the work itself. The plumber was on time, efficient, very clean and carried out some other minor work that he didn't need to but ensured the job was done right and left in a better state than it was found. The price was fair given the high quality. I WILL use them again.
We contacted Warren at 4.30 pm Monday 22 February about our 'broken' hot water system. Dave professionally installed the new Rheem system by 11 am the next day .....with a minimum of fuss. We have been clients of Conrad martens for 30 years and truly value the way they do business!
Had a great experience with Conrad Martens, called late on Thursday and they were able to have someone out first thing Friday. All staff I dealt with were really helpful, and explained all my options to me (I had an issue with a waste disposal so there was options to fix, replace or remove) and they ran me through each cost and procedure. Really helpful as I know nothing about plumbing myself. Definitely a company that I trust and would use in future!
Overall pleased with the outcome. Definitely not the cheapest but also not the most expensive either. Seems to be good value for money on the service.
Great experience. Jackson took the time to understand our specific issues and explain the solution recommended and then provided a detailed quote. The guys arrived on time and completed the work without fuss.
The plumber came in without a mask and did not attempt to communicate with me about any potential source of the leak he found. Afterward, the job report is simply not factual and without evidence. I expect a quality service but they have failed to find the source of the leak and refused to contact me. I've been trying to contact the plumber for a week and made at least 20 calls. They always promise a call back for me every time I call, but that has never happened. Update: The manager has contacted me the next morning and resolved the issue in a timely manner.
