Helpful and friendly. Maybe the line is long because we are getting good service instead of being rushed out the door. Best post office in Brisbane if you ask me. Highly recommended.

Thanks Tim at Indooroopilly post for going above and beyond and calling me first thing in the morning to tell me my parcel had been accidentally redirected to indooroopilly post instead of Toowong. Saved me any frustrations in going to the wrong place for my parcel.

I came across this rude lady who was serving at the time. I regularly used western union remittance at this post office. Many times, they keyed in the recipients name with error and I have to fixed their mistakes for countless of times when I come home because they don’t want to fix their mistakes as it takes longer. So I have to be patient for them. Recently, it was another bad experience due to their very poor customer service. This old lady who happened to served me seemed to be so impatient. I questioned politely if I am sending more than 100 or so if the service fee will double or the same? Whilst she’s checking in the system, I quickly used my phone calculator to make sure I am sending the right amount. She then asked me to hurry up & said it twice and she said because there were 2 people in the queue. Calculating something on the phone wasn’t that time consuming. With her poor character, I begin to explain the so many errors their staff have done & how “patient I had been for them” Without any apologies, I stood infront of her and showed I am more well mannered & educated regardless of how rude she is! If she’s sick & bored of her job, might as well she should quit & give that role to somebody who is looking for work.

Terrible customer service and experience. Very rude and condescending staff. Wanted to get some passport photos for my children and they made us to feel like we were putting them out. It’s a service Australia Post provide, needless to say they were more then happy to take the money for it but we were made to feel like a real inconvenience. When we asked whether we could get the photos emailed to us she blamed us for not asking for the service earlier, when we didn’t even know it was a service. Go elsewhere if you want to be helped.
