Road in is atrocious. Covered in relentless potholes and requires a good grading. It was not a comfortable drive even in our 4wd. Got to the site and a large section was sectioned off for rehabilitation of grass etc. Surrounds were absolute mush. As sites aren't allocated, some people had taken up large sites leaving minimal space for others even though we had a booking. We left and went elsewhere and wouldn't bother going back until they fix their roads.

For spot in the middle of the bush it is very nice. Drop toilets average... but the flat camp sites, tame kangaroos and heaps of natural beauty make it very family friendly. My boys leaned to ride their bikes here and could see them almost to the end of the grounds. Giving it 5 stars.

Nice place to camp. We had kangaroos coming in early in the morning to pay a visit. Clean toilets and shower. Very well maintained

This is a nice grassy camp ground where the local kangaroos come to feed late afternoon and early morning. Take a walk to Indian Head and sit for a while and you might just spot a whale or 10 passing by at the right time of year.

Walking distance to the beach and nice walks with views. Quieter campsite compared to nearby Diamondhead campsite. Drop toilets and running water (not for drinking). Lots of Roos kookaburras.

There is water available and bins on the spot

Lovely and quite grass camp area. Cold showers and long drop toilets. Lots of bird life and kangaroos. Lovely walks around the area.

Very nice place for a good price. Although the beach is still a bit of a walk. There is always a nice and friendly family of kangaroos on the fields. They should mark the the places tough. Because a lot of people where claiming your much room. There where also a lot of damaged yes around the edges, making us feel unsafe about where to pitch up or tent.
