We are very happy we went through Innaloo Curtains & Blinds. All the sales staff were extremely helpful in store and helped us select great quality products that matched our vision. Installation was quick and professional and although we had a small issue that needed fixing, this was done within a matter of days. We will be sure to recommend Innaloo Curtains & Blinds to our friends & family.

Super disappointed!! After spending nearly an hour in the store with one of the sales staff, and then with the owner going through house plans, style of blinds and curtains,contact details filled out internally, then wait 2-3 weeks before I took it upon myself to send them an email. I receive a phone call 2 days later saying , OH, did you come into the store 2 weeks ago and leave your details. Yes was the answer, I spoke with yourself, and Johon, the owner!! OH ok leave it with me she says, and I'll get back to you. That was 4 weeks ago and complete Silensio, nothing. For me, respect, service and customer care are equally as important as the product itself, so will I be chasing up my quote, Hmmmmmm NO!! Somebody else preferred my business.

We recently did a character home extension and wanted to keep that character throughout. I was so pleased when I found Innaloo Curtains & Blinds had many options to choose from. We tend to like things that are "a bit different" and they were able to come up with something that was perfect - in both style and fabric colour choice. The installation process was also relaxed and enjoyable with necessary care. Very happy to recommend these guys for the quality, service and care.

I dealt with Gionn and Julie through the selection and installation process of our new blinds for our full house. It was a new build. It is hard to make those decisions in a home that you are yet to live in and see really come to life. Gionn and Julie made the process a lot easier and were also accommodating with changes I made. Their installation guy (Dave) was also very easy to deal with. The price was competitive with the 3 other quotes I got but in the end we decided to go with Gionn and Julie from ICBC as i like the quality of their product and enjoyed dealing with them. Now the blinds are in - WE LOVE THEM!!!!
