Very rude and unprofessional employee. They don't call back with interpreter when we asked. Never go back again, better to change to another job network.

I was with them for 3 years, not once did they ever get me a job interview. I live in the south side of Brisbane and they put me onto a work for the dole project in Ipswich - cost me a fortune in public transport. Their staff are unfriendly, unprofessional idiots that should be retroactively aborted. I finally found a job myself and told these morons to stick it - best feeling ever. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THESE RETARDS.

From my initial appointment I was treated with respect & helped more than I could imagine. I came back the very next day & they did up a new resume for me, organised an interview and I was into a job within a week. I had significant barriers to employment and was encouraged into applying for a job I didn’t think I could do or was ready for, and it’s the best thing I ever did.

Terrible communication skills shown by staff, not very welcoming and seems very unprofessional. Avoid or transfer is best option.

Although i haven't got as much assistance as I wanted, I've been treated with respect during my time there. Overall, am happy with their service and the people there are good genuine hearted people.

Such a waste of time. Staff need training and clearly lack skills needed for their job. They will sit around and talk about their clients when they obviously think nobody can hear them, laugh about them and stick their noses up at you. If you get referred to this job centre, do yourself a favour and ask to get another one. My daughter (19 years old) was doing work experience at a nice company in the city to further her skills in the industry she wanted a proper career in and kept getting hassled and asked to work at abattoir (which is a slaughter house) in the middle of western new south wales and a chicken farm 3 hours from where she lived (where they kill chickens) and mcdonalds.. if you turn down these jobs you then get threatened for your payments to get cut off. Such a job. Help people get proper jobs.

If you are searching for a job recruitment agency and think "Hey this is a good one." Then you're sadly mistaken. These bunch of girls, and I say girls because their lack of professional work ethnics, they only care about how much money they get and the outfits they have on. Instead of actually helping you find a job they stand around and have idol gossip. And if you're late for an appointment don't even bother calling them in advaced, you'll only be put on hold for 20 minutes and when you get there they'll gang up on you and threaten to cut off your Centerlink support for over 8 weeks if you are even slightly late the next time. Please do not support these government bludgers. All they will do is make you suffer. Please share this with other friends who may consider joining these people. Because once you're with them they won't let you leave. Even if you are unhappy with them. This review doesn't even deserve my one star.
