Had the taro milk tea with pearl. Rich and tasty. Pearl balls was cooked properly. Good service with a smile as well

Staff aren't friendly and it just doesn't feel clean. Menu is pretty standard, the roasted lemon melon tea is pretty good.

We purchased bubble tea from this place and they did not put in any black pearls in our drink. When we asked about it they laughed and replaced it, but we didnt realise they put in a piece of rubbish in the drink until we finished it. Absolutely disgusting!

I love Gong Cha but the people here aren’t too friendly or helpful. Next time I am going some where else as this is not the only ‘bubble tea’ place in the area and looking at the price on offer by your competitors you’re not exactly cheap. I don’t mind paying more for friendly service. This was on Wednesday. Hint* try to smile a bit more and try to be patient with your customers, don’t treat them like idiots. You got 2 stars because I love Gong Cha.

Bubble tea is not my thing but my kids loves them. On Wednesday while visiting a friend in Inala, one of my kid wanted Gong Cha as they love Gong Cha. The person who served me wasn’t very friendly, actually seem a bit annoyed and snappy because I didn’t know how to order, less ice, little sugar, etc I don’t come to Inala very often but if I do this Gong Cha will NOT be the place for my kids bubble tea.

Gongcha is a modern way of having Chinese tea incorporate with fruit essence and assorted jellies and ice. It's not cheap as a large basic drink will cost you 6.80 in comparison to some other oppositions charged at 4.50.
