Walked into the shop and approached the front counter. There was a lady and a bloke sitting at the desks. neither of them lifted their heads. I waited for some time before eventually leaving the store. I cleared my throat and tried to get their attention on multiple occasions, with no luck. I did buy a smoker off them previously where I did receive decent service, but this was ridiculous. The one thing I was sold on when buying my smoker was that after sales service would be next to none. I hardly class this account as good after sales service. I don't recommend them at all.

I have never received anything but fantastic service and follow up support from the Townsville team and will continue to shop with confidence. my most recent shopping experience was with a new staff member called Tanya, who although stating she is just learning went above and beyond to assist me and I wish to ask management to please acknowledge her efforts and service.

Poor service. Went there to buy a fridge, I asked the sales assistant what were the pros and cons of a couple. She proceeded to read the small info sticker descriptions on each. She also said the price sticker was the best they could do. I explained other prices I'd been given from other shops and there was a series of to and fro-ing between her and her manager. Any negotiated prices presented came with a 'this is a very, very special deal if you buy today'. I ended up going elsewhere as ALL competitors offered a better price up front and didn't t act like they were giving me their first born. Won't be back.

Purchased two air conditions at Garry Thyers Betta Home Living Townsville. Our sales lady (Andrea) was fantastic and had great product knowledge. Have obtained quotes for more air conditions, and even tried out (and got a quote for) an King Koil electric adjustable bed. Highly recommend this local business.
