I love walking into Mr Vitamins and getting lost in their aisles! I'm very happy with customer service, the range of products AND the pricing! Not to mention the 15.00 rewards once you reach a certain spend! I WON'T be shopping elsewhere for my vitamins!

DON'T SHOP HERE! They're liars. I went there to buy protein, they have signs all over the shop saying you can ask for a lower price and get a discount. I spoke to Dimitri behind the counter he told me he can't give me a discount and he doesn't know why they're signs all over the shop saying you can ask for a discount. They're just liars there's much cheaper suppliment stores to go to. Save your money and don't go here!
Bad customer service. I just went and was trying to get someone to help me. But the staffs were just talking to each other even though I’m waiting. The other one was doing her own thing, doesn’t even ask me if I need help. They don’t have customer first concept. I won’t go back again and will not recommend to anyone.

I was well looked after by the area manager. He was very informative and knowledgeable and even gave me a free protein shaker and a sample of the protein he uses.
terrible customer service, had a lot of confusion about the prices. Would not recommend! Terrible customer service.Their online price is much cheaper than in-store price at Hurstville and staff refuse to price match their own price, why???. also, they are selling a lot short dated products without any notice.
