I don't know what makes the food here amazing but it keeps myself coming back for more. I seriously can't get enough of your Sweet Potato fries!! If you could let me know your secret that would be amazing. I want to try it on different vegetables at home I love the chicken I always buy more then what I actually need and find I go into a meat sweat coma haha

Great fried food pick-up shop in the station, Open early at 9am and close very late at 11pm. Sometimes if you are lucky they close later than 11pm. They stay open at public holidays too. Great for late night snack when you can't find anything else that is open. Average wait time would be around 10 mins due to they fry food on-demand, price is slightly more expensive than McDonald on the other side but obviously taste much better.

It's pretty good. not oily like KFC, tasty, the spice is optional but adds great flavor. Price is definitely worth it.

Hot Star Hurstville. I frequent this store on occasion especially more so more for their crispy fried chicken, however this particular night i was told to wait 20 minutes... so i did. After 20 minutes i returned to the counter only to be told i had to wait a further 20 minutes as they had given my order to another person with the man serving me laughing in my face!!! Previous times ive had customers push in front with Hot Star employees allowing this and even some not understanding my order. Sorry but probably wont return as i have been left with a bitter taste in mouth.

Very delicious fried chicken, better than KFC. Juicy and tender. Very satisfying after had it. You need ask them put some chilli on it. Try to have it with soda or milk tea, I feel it's a very good combination. And I feel their quality is consistent
