I had discovered active termites on the boundary of my property and wanted them gone. Lovely staff on the telephone, very happy to organise a prompt visit on short notice. With the arrival of the technician, a inspection was conducted inside my home, however no roof inspection was performed. After pointing out the location of the active termites, the technician essentially said that he would not treat them unless i purchased his termite protecion plan. Considering i hired them to do a particular job, and they are seemingly unable to do that, i will not be a return customer. I even called them over the national pest companies as i wanted to give my money to the local bloke. NOT HAPPY!!!
