"Worth Crossing the Bridge For" Being long-time clients of Acute Hearing since their opening in Drummoyne 8 years ago, we were dismayed to receive notification that they were merging with Totalcare Hearing at Hunters Hill. These days when, it seems, there is a hearing aid provider on every corner was it worthwhile making the trip across the (Gladesville) bridge? Well, the answer is yes! Because the original Acute Hearing team (minus James) with their genuine warmth and personal interest in each client, not just in selling hearing aids, are still there. So, Acute Hearing devotees, make the trip across the bridge where you'll find Lachlan, Raisse, Liz and Rashika as ready as ever to totally care for all your hearing needs.

Michael was really good with my son who is 4. They have all the equipment necessary for kids tests and they know how to make kids feel comfortable and take to them so they understand. Michael had a lot of patience as well!

I have just replaced my hearing aids and I am amazed with the new technology. Lachlan has been my regular audiologist for almost 5 years, he is really professional & friendly. I am so happy with the individual attention given by the staff, the receptionists Rashika & Liz are very welcoming & I always get a reminder call the day before my appointment. Totalcare Hearing's wholistic approach starts at the front door with a friendly welcome from their receptionist Liz, who over the years has never had a bad day. Then the audiologist, Lachlan's total care begins. His explanations, directions, listening skills and respect are outstanding because I'm an elderly client. After a two week trial I came away with new hearing aids which I am finding so much better than my first pair of aids and now I have remote care using advanced technology.
