Was meant to have parcel signed for parcel to be released but instead courier left it by the front door of the apartment. Package value was 5 figures so was not impressed with this service!!!!! Best courier service in Australia is via Australia post. Would rather pickup parcel from Australia post shop but not all companies ship with them.... definitely makes me think twice about purchasing items online if they don’t ship with Australia post.

Women at the front counter was very helpful. It was the first time sending a package and she took time to take me through process. Package arrived at destination within 24 hours. Will be using again.

I have received my package today and found out that my package left unattended and opened in front of my apartment and some of my items were missing( 3 boxes of masks) the delivery guy did not give me a call to ask my permission to left them unattended. What a disappointment

Worse delivery people ever, I will urge request all businesses and individual do not ever use there service. WORSE WORSE WORSE. I PROVIDED THEM CORRECT ADDRES STILL SAID THEY DID NOT FIND THE ADDRESS. DRIVER MUST BE CRACKING POT. BECQUSE THEY DID NOT DELIVERED MY PARCEL ON TIME I LOST MY CONTRACT WITH MY CLIENT. TNT DOES NOT VALUE OTHERS PRIORITY. WORSE,DREADULL COMPANY. I HOPE THEY CLOSE DOWN SOON. They do not even deserve 1 star.

Astounding how rude a receptionist can be from the moment you walk in. All I wanted was to collect my parcel, but you'd think I'd asked her to sacrifice her first born for the resistance she put up and the attitude she held. After a barrage of questioning on why I should be allowed to collect my item from the depot, as I'd been instructed to do, it was wheeled out on a trolley. Did it need to be so hard? Noticed three plaques in the office, all for most improved customer service. Doesn't seem like much of an achievement after my experience. Not surprised you're being gobbled up by fed-ex. Never again, TNT

TNT collected a parcel on our behalf from Chatswood last thursday 25th March 2021 intended for overnight express to be delivered Friday 26th here in Canberra 5pm on that day, that in itself is hardly what i would call overnight. This delivery has not moved on the TNT tracking system since midday Friday. At that time it indicated our package was about half way. It finally got delivered today Tuesday at 11.30am without explanation or apology or as a minimum some sort of compensation. Very disappointing and certainly not my only negative experience with your company. TONY @ KIPPAX ACT

Terrible service and handling. Didn't inform that they won't deliver to AusPost parcel lockers. Head to call 3 times to arrange pick up from Hume. Waited 20 mins in counter to pickup a small package. Shocking!
