We love our Alpha Fresh deliveries! Tonight we ate beautiful restaurant-quality barramundi that was on sale for a great price. The salmon, chicken and meat cuts are always fantastic quality. The produce is always lovely. The weekly specials are a great way to reduce the cost of preparing meals. A great local service that saves us time and makes us want to cook from scratch because it is easy to get what we need.

Ordered a box of fruit and veg from alpha a week ago. The corn was mouldy when we got it and the barramundi fillets were so bad we couldn't eat them, they tasted like muddy carp, even for farmed barra they were absolute rubbish. On the plus side the rockmelon we got was the tastiest rockmelon I have ever eaten. Probably won't order from here again though

I have ordered from Alpha since March 2020 after a recommendation from family which started as receiving fresh produce over time became a waste of money given the bulk of orders I make. On Friday I received my order which was the 60 veg box and a seperate selection of different fruits - this was my first order since August as I wanted to give Alpha the benefit of a doubt and try again. I was utterly disappointed with my order by Sunday the various packets of berries started growing fungus it was absolutely disgusting. The zucchinis were so soft looked like they were going off and the watermelon had absolutely NO taste to it and was mush on the inside. Funnily enough I emailed alpha with my disappointment earlier in the year when I found the quality started to lack but never got a response. After my recent experience I felt the need to write a review as it is unfair for people to assume they are paying for quality and instead paying for fruit/veg that is on its way to the bin. May as well stick to Woolys and coles even that is fresher. It is pretty sad given I would love to support local business but on this occasion I won't use them again.
