My local branch is Chatswood, the only reason I go to this branch is the staff, Landy has been looking after my accounts for years and been so helpful. She never hard selling any unnecessary services or products to me. She calls me every now and then to greet and to let me know what’s the latest services or products. Every time I go there I leave with a smile, never have to return for unsolved business. She is so contactable, phone call, massage or email, she always responds.

Terrible service!!!. I had opened an account with HSBC and went to the Rhodes branch to verify my proof of address. It was at 3.10pm. The lady named LANDY ( who attended to me was not helpful and said they were closing at 4pm and her colleague has another appointment. It was 3.20pm when she was done talking to me. I’d like to remind you that I was trying to open an account with you HSBC. you just lost a customer. Extremely disappointed with this customer service. Maybe hire employees with better people skills?
Yes the most unhelpful Bank in Australia. I was there in plenty of time but turned away due to a supposed shortage of staff. Eventually caught the attention of a customer service person who organised my needs. but currently nothing transpired from my request. Maybe close the Branch as it killing your reputation
I read the reviews and can’t agree more with the customers. I had similar experience. Closing my accounts from here. Worst experience ever. They are not interested in customer service at all. I went there and the guy is telling me to leave my details and will call me later to serve. I asked for approximate time but they can’t even give a time?!!! #HSBC.

I would take a few stars away from this place if I could! I have experienced the worst service at HSBC, and this branch specifically. I was kept waiting for 75min, and I was the only person there! All I needed done was an ID check, and the staff member who finally 'helped' me didn't even know what the procedure was, and ended up doing it wrong so I had to visit another branch. So glad I am not banking with them anymore.
The worst experience EVER. Full of discrimination against ‘Chinese student.’ We just want to open a bank account which took us two days for manual ID checking, and still get nothing. They don’t want to serve any of customers. I see no customers coming in these two days. They are ready for the Christmas holidays. Do not apply in this bank. They are all end up wasting your time.
