Barefoot was a wonderful surprise, tucked in between a bar offering deep fried everything and a Mexican cafe/bar, it was a serene space with a nice selection of food and wine. The meals were excellent!!! Well seasoned and used fresh local ingredients!! The seafood in our dishes was amazing. So many of the local places used frozen sea food in their dishes and the quality is poor.. with Barefoot we were so happy for the amazing cooking we went back the next day to try more of their dishes and we weren’t disappointed. Fantastic friendly staff, great location and best of all great food!!

We had a fantastic night at Barefoot Art Food and Wine restaurant with the ambience on the back deck, the attentive wait staff and the amazing food. My partner rated the eye fillet and veg 10/10. It was not your average veg either with roasted veg and fresh greens. Highly recommend!
Extremely accommodating for the 6 of us for lunch and dinner. So far, lunch has been outstanding, eye fillet cooked to perfection whilst overlooking the shore and sea. Simply Heaven!! Thank you and can't wait for dinner
Incredible place! The staff were very friendly and accomodating and the seafood platter was amazing! We went here for our last meal on the island and it was just the best ending to a great holiday.
My family and I have had two wonderful meals here in the last week. The service was friendly and professional despite how busy they were. My 2 year old could play with toys under the stairwell which is always a plus. We had scallops with Parma ham, ravioli, fish cakes, dumplings etc. All were very good to excellent. Thank you Barefoot Gallery for all the hard work you put in - you are a special part of Maggie Island.
We went for dinner and got the seafood plater It was over priced for what we got. It's loaded with chips and not much seafood and a touch of salad if you like lettuce. The venue was lovley and service good.
Great food, setting and service....Go for the reef and beef, and sticky toffee pudding...
