Just like to say that I'm also employed in the marine industry and today I experienced some of the worst customer service I've seen in years! "Rebecca" was extremely rude and unwilling to help with a simple request to speak with a fellow mechanic. Very disappointed as I deal with this company regularly.
Picked up my outboard motor after 4days as they still hadn't done anything to it yet and they tried to double the price!
Looking for outboards? These guys are strongly recommend, very happy with my Mercury 5hp!
