Amazing! I had a little emergency which involves removing a debri from my eye which has been bothering me for almost 2 hours and no amount of my efforts could I seem to get the stubborn particle out. Alex was very accommodating in that he was able to slot me in such a short notice. Winning customer service! And the optometrist Lisa, she is heaven-sent! Remedied my issue in less than 5 (or was it 8?) minutes, she made it look so easy! She kept me calm throughout the procedure and chatting with me and the next thing I knew, she was able to take it out. I am coming back here again for all my eye care! Thanks, Lisa and Alex!
