absolutely brilliant. My mother was looking for a new suv, and on my recommendation sent me to Werribee Renault to find her a new car. I went on a Saturday morning, test driving random cars, sending pictures and details to mum who was at home in the country. Eventually we found the perfect car and bought it. I have never met such understanding and patient car salesmen in my life. Thankyou to the team at Werribee Renault for all your help, during the purchase of mums new Koleos! Sorry the review took six months, but hey better late then never!! See you sometime in 2021, because I want a new Capture!!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron and Wendy last week while picking up my car after a issue diagnosis. Even with the busy day, given it was the first week after the public were allowed to have their vehicles inspected/maintained here in Victoria, Aaron was accomodating with my questions. The service team's documentation was on point and inspection done did seem professional. Aaron's explanation on the inspection outcome shed light on a service I did not opt for due to a miscommunication. Will be returning to the Werribee Renault service center to complete the recommended work done. Would recommend this service center. Edit: The car is back in for fixing of a few warranty issues as of OCT - week 1, this time around haven't been as lucky as car has been in the service center for 2 weeks now, over a week for parts, specialist tools and the rest for the job. However, just received a call from Aaron and they have a loan car ready for me to pick up tomorrow while my car is being fixed, I understand everyone is doing it tough at the moment here in Melbourne and I appreciate Werribee Renault's understanding of this with this gesture.
Worst decision of my life, buying a (second hand) car from this mob. The car went back for a warranty repair which they had three attempts at fixing (totalling approx 9 weeks in the workshop) but it is still not fixed and was returned to me in a state that I had to take it somewhere else to be sorted out. It now has a different problem, that was caused by the Weribee Renault service team. And they are ignoring my contacts. The service department is incompetent. I'm hesitant to drive the car lest the problem gets worse.
Awesome service with great staff! Wendy in the service area is an absolute gem of a person and helps out whenever she can. Aaron in service is a great bloke and is happy to help with any questions or concerns and is just an overall very approachable guy. Jarline in Parts is very welcoming and does absolutely everything she can to help customers out where she can. The brand is great but the people inside it is what make it so much better!
Great service. Friendly staff that even offer you a coffee. No pushy people but happy to wait while we looked through the car thoroughly.
