Thrifty had friendly staff and their car rents were lowered compared to the rest. We had to provide extra identification, passport. For the rest they were not pushing us to add un necessary extras to our rental.

All staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, they were professional, polite and accommodating to our last minute hire, Overall a hassle free and pleasant experience, thank you to Carly and the wonderful team @ Thrifty hoppers crossing. Very good customer service, really helpful. Specially I wanna thanks to the staff member (I forgot her name on which I'm very sorry) who rented me the car. She helped me to return the car even after business hours which I really appreciate her. No one can be so helpful. She knew that I have come back from the work at 7am. And she also mentioned that you must be tired, so she said to return the car and they'll do paperwork after 8.am. very good customer service. Even the car was very nice and clean. Thanks alot.

I booked an 8 seater vehicle and got a call 2 days before informing they don't have any 8 seater. I was offered a 12 seater or 7 seater, which did not help me with my need. It was a frantic moment at the last minute. I had to visit twice the office to confirm on the same. Had to call the call centre multiple times to recheck on this. They were unable to reach the hopperCrossing centre. This continued for 2 days. Till the last moment I was unsure if I would get a vehicle. I will never visit this place again.
