If I wasn't here for someone else's birthday party I would never have willingly come here at all. Every time I come here (to the Pancake Parlour in general, not just this store) I'm disappointed by the experience, and this disappointment is generally from a failure to deliver in a timely manner. Tonight's effort? The kitchen forgot to prepare 2 serves of the Tabriz Crepes (for me and my son) after 11 other meals had been delivered to (and eaten by) the rest of the table.

Went here after years and was still as i remembered it, Excellent!! We had a family dinner on new years eve and the everything was great. The service, the attendees got and the food was just brilliant. Thanks to the lovely staff and amazing kitchen team, we had a great evening. Thank you all.

Service was quick and efficient. Staff were helpful and polite. We ate savoury, fetta and spinach crepes with salad. Chicken strips with salad and mustard sauce. Both were tasty and fresh. We also had a side of potato chips/wedges, which were yummy.

Very quick from order to food delivery, the meals were tasty and well portioned. Customer service was prompt, happy and willing to help. A little bit pricey but for an occasional visit here and there I can accept that.

Delivered within 30min of placing the order, food just like in the restaurant. Thought ice cream would be liquid in transit but it was just a little soft & held its shape when popped on the pancakes at home. Fudge was warm and delicious. Homemade drinks are a decent size and tastes the same. Pancake Parlour craving is fulfilled!!!

Went there on boxing day for breakfast, first time there since covid hit. I didn't realise there was a public holiday surcharge until we paid at the counter. The place had hand sanitiser at the front, wasn't too crowded, so service was relatively quick. You get your utensils and serviette in a little paper bag, and your maple syrup comes in a little cup now with your pancakes. You can become a member for free, which is what I did, and was able to get the traditional bacon and eggs pancake thing for 12 , instead of the original 18 something. The restrooms were clean and had soap, there was also a stall for disabled people which is great and inclusive.
