We have been coming to LFL for almost a year now. Both staff and therapists are great, friendly and accomodate the children’s needs. They all are patiently in dealing with every child and always makes them comfortable and fun in every session. Really recommended.
I been using speech therapy services for my son for last 1 year. Amazing admin staff and dedicated therapist's. My son have profressed tremendously with his language skills.Very accomodative to clients personal situations when offering appointments.I recommend to all my friends who require services.

Starting from the reception to all the therapists, its all smiley faces. You will forget that you have an autistic child, you will start feeling so positive. Fiona Chrispijn is providing speech therapy to my son for last 1 year. Although, I was unable to make my non-verbal son say a single word with thousands of trials, my son said "playdough" during the very first session with Fiona which readily demonstrated me that I am at the right place. With Fiona's hard work for the year, my son is now focussed, label all the things that he sees and says many of them. The center was very flexible with appointments and payment. I was given home sessions as well which was excellent help from them. It is really hard to tell everything in this review but I want to say that you do not need to think further if you found Language for Life, just relax and let them do the task - you will definitely be there.
This place has the most unacceptable and disgusting customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Rang up over a year ago and put my daughter on the waitlist - had rang up another time about 3 months ago to be told she’s still on the waitlist and nothing has changed THEN I called about a week ago to be told SHE’S NOT EVEN ON THE WAITLIST. The receptionist was suppose to put her on the waitlist & send me a text which I never received. Biggest time wasters. Thanks for wasting my time Language For Life I’ll take my business else where. Terrible company. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO ELSEWHERE.
Impeccable service by experienced and compassionate team of professionals, right from the front desk to the team of therapists. End of session feedbacks have been productive and helpful and we have seen our son gain so much out of the sessions. He has warmed up nicely to his therapists and it is because of their professional and attentive approach, we have seen these great results. Its so good to have Speech and OT sessions under one roof. Front desk is very accomodating and helpful (in terms of finding a suitable time for sessions, answering Medicare or NDIS related queries etc). I would happily and highly recommend the clinic and therapists to anyone looking to get some help.
My daughter is on waiting list for almost 4 months now, every time i call reception staff are very rude and treat very bad if you are new client. if you don't have capacity don't take new client and don't deliver false message to struggling parents. don't know how long you need to wait for your appointment so if you selecting provider by google review do not trust language for life.
