We had another truck hire company cancel our truck hire minutes before going to pick it up, and were in a scramble to find another available as we had to move that day. Called Budget at Hoppers Crossing and the rep I spoke to was absolutely lovely. We were lucky enough that they did have a truck available, and were able to pick it up within an hour of calling. Really appreciate how kind they were after the rude service elsewhere.
Leanne from Budget Hoppers Crossing helped me get 2 trucks on very short notice. Staff there a super friendly and helpful. I am very please with their customer service and would give 10 stars if I could. One happy customer. Thank you

After booking small car online for a day specifically asking for manual and geting the email confirmation the next day on pick up i was asked for credit card payment however on the online booking there was no mention on only payment option when i explained that i do not have credit card as i use debit card as i like using my money thay demanded 400 cash deposit to be payed and making excuses that she would lose her job if she helped me. As it was 4:30pm and no bank in close proximity i ofered 300 cash wich i had with me but was forced to returne next day with 400 cash deposit. Only after finding out that they dont even have any manual cars in their lot and trying to justify as only manual cars they have are at airport. As all this was unfolding my son was waiting on me to pick him up for two hours on side of the road. What a mayor disappoint from such a big company. Once more it was proven that the money is more important than good customer service.

I booked a truck and then comfirmed it next week as i have a big job for my business on the weekend Then i got a call day before saying the truck i booked was not available. All i got was sorry but no reason why i would never recommend budget in hoppers crossing very unprofessional
