Very low quality shoes and customer service. The leather shoes' soles came off in 45 days and they said they will not do a refund because the purchase date was 2 months ago. So I had to get a new pair of same shoe (which will probably have the same issue in a few weeks) The other pair is very uncomfortable and quickly deformed. Will never buy from Aquila.

Didnt have a great experience here. I had intended to purchase mutiple pairs of shoes, however the sales rep was so busy pouncing on every customer he could that I just wasn't able to get any assistance. Ive honestly never had someone walk away as I'm about to purchase. If he had been alone on staff I would understand, however there were several other staff standing around doing nothing, I can only assume they did not want to help his sales. Poor experience, normally aquilla staff are really fantastic, ended up buying nothing as a result.
Came to the Homebush store to return a pair of faulty shoes. Service I must admit was great. I was asked to take a seat while the regional manager would be able to take a look at the shoes. Within 5 minutes my shoes were replaced with a new pair no questions asked. Guys at the store were all very courteous and polite.
Baught a pair of boots here last week and the person serving us was extremely helpful. Would come here again for another pair
Great service by Rewaz! Great help, attentive to customers, friendly and easy going! Bought 1 pair of shoes and 2 belts. I'll rate again about the quality of products in a few months, once I've worn them.
Customer service by Johnny was great. I was having a bad day and he was very patient. Working in retail sucks when you got rude customers but Johnny was very polite. Wish I checked the reviews. About the shoes though. Hopefully they can sort me out if they fail.
I bought one pair of shoes on September and received it three months later with two different color. Negative feedback!
