Our dog is always so happy to be dropped off here, and seems like he's had a great time when we pick him up. The staff are friendly and clearly love the animals in their care. Lots of great extras are available, including baths, use of the pet's own food, and playtime or walks in a group or one-on-one.

I was a bit apprehensive about boarding my cat here as I was new to the Canberra area. I'm very happy to say that the people at Best Froends pet care were the best. My cat came out of a 4 day stay calm, happy and very very unstressed. I would give them 10 stars if I could

Doctor Alice was fabulous and didn't leave any stone unturned with the care of my dog. I am extremely happy with the care and on going correspondence I received when my dog was in their care.
Availed the dog boarding services for a few nights. My pup is very excited to be here although she is quite excited to be anywhere...always. Basic boarding charges are based on the time of the year, size and age of dog. All other activities including letting your dog out of the kennel will cost you. Paying a bit more for the group session will add a lot of joy to your best mate and the much needed crazy time. One less star cause my pup lost a few kilos in there.
The team at Best Friends went the extra mile to look after our German Shepherd who had last minute medical care issues before her stay. We were worried we would need to cancel our holiday, but the team took on the extra responsibility and liaised with the vet to ensure our dog was getting the best treatment. I would totally book our dog in there again.
