I went to see "Godzilla v Kong" on Monday thinking that it was going to covid safe distancing. When we went in there wasn't many people in there. We sat in the seats provided for us. Next minute people sat right in front of us and then right behind us. If that wasn't bad enough, then people sat right beside us. We got up and moved a couple of seats away. There was only about 15 people in there. There was no need for us all to be sitting close together.

Movie theaters are small, not like hoyts but fulfilling the purpose. If you are a reward member, adult off period tickets are only 10

Was treated like a second class citizen because I have a disability and need closed captioning or subtitles in order to be able to access a screening. I contacted customer service, who then told me to goto my local cinema to arrange a viewing time. At my local cinema they informed me that there is a captioned screening once a week, however there is none for the next two weeks. (Contradictory?) They suggested for myself to check online everyday until there is a screening with close captioning. Individuals with disabilities have the right to be able to access screenings at the times the ordinary population can access, not be excluded by having accessible sessions weeks or months after the premiere.

Like all cinemas, this one is expensive. Regardless, the staff were accommodating with our odd group. We enjoyed the movie, and the facilities were in good condition.

My go to place to spend time with friends/family, the popcorn is always good and the service is nice. Never see any conflicts at the theatre but there is always room for improvement.

Awesome service in gold class, would recommend for sure. Only one gold class in hobart and leave good impression. Will visit in April 2021 too.

First Gold Class experience last night and it was fantastic. Food and service was excellent! However, the toilets in the cinema are not very clean or is seen to be cleaned often. There was also no hand sanitisers seen by the toilets. When there’s a global pandemic, establishments need to take extra precautions to keep the staff and public safe.

Not too bad. The staff are very nice. I'm only giving 4 stars because the toilets were a bit scungy.
