Dealing with these guys was easier than spreading melted butter on fresh bread. I booked a moving van 30 minutes before picking it up and stuffed the booking up completely. Instead of booking for that day, I had booked it for the next day. I rocked up to pick the vehicle up anyway. The guy saw my mistake and brushed it off like a fly that was constantly landing on your face- and amended my mistake. Within 5 minutes, I drove out of there in that beast of a machine to do my business. But not before having old mate mansplaining how to use the gear stick, in which I was super grateful for. The drop off was EVEN EASIER! I walked approximately 2 steps through the door and was greeted by a beautiful, smiling lady who spoke about 3 sentences to me before handing the key to her. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO WALK TO THE FRONT DESK. Talk about service. Though in hindsight, it was probably due to the Covid restrictions but still! The service was great. So, my point is: These guys rock, their booking system is easy and the service is as lovely as a baby's laugh. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Supper impressed. I am sorry that I can't remember the name of the gentleman that served me, I think that it was Anoo. He was very polite, helpful and efficient and he was very friendly to me and my daughter. He is a real asset to the business. I dropped of the ute at 5 minutes to closing time and he was totally cool about it. Very professional.

Rubbish service. I rented a truck and only driven 30 kms. They took 30 dollars out if my deposit saying the truck used additional 8 liters of fuel and 3.30 is price if 1 liter of fuel. I have never hear a place who charge 3.30 a liter for fuel in Tasmania. I told the guy on returning the truck that i tried to fill it but didnt work and i am happy to take it back refill it and he said dont worry,he will refill it and just charge you the normal fuel price.They just offer lower rate for you to rent first after the rental they just find ways to charge you more. Such dodgy people. Never ever renting with thesr people and gonna tell everyone about it.
