Bought 2 ribeye steaks and they were fantastic! The service was awesome and this is how they turned out! Also we only needed to use a butter knife as the meat was so tender!

best meat ever. When in Hobart I always get at least 10kgs of Wagyu to bring back. It melts in your mouth, but they actually import a pallet loads of their meat from Victoria !!
I had been a loyal customer for well in excess of a decade. My mum and I were known by the friendly staff who were the last bastion of old fashioned service until.....new management arrived 2020. The friendly staff were replaced by its just a job' people. The quality of the products went down and prices went up! A damned shame!!

Their delivery is very bad and slow and the meat is nearly always not cut and their meat is in bad shape when I got it and it smelled like it was bad so I would never order from here
Very poor customer service , 2/ minutes late putting in our fortnightly order and was refused delivery this week , not good enough , will be changing butchers
