Extremely disappointed in service here. Was told that specific testing was done on certain components in engine. Apparently passed with no troubles but part needed replacing. Replaced part at different venue to only be told that in fact the testing was wrong and the car had significant issues. I rang back the manager I have been dealing with ( Rod ) and was re assured the correct procedures took place. Started having an attitude when questioned about certain things that they magically didn't notice or pick up on. I explained politely that the expensive "thorough" testing they did should have DEFINITELY picked up on these issues. Nope. No apology, no offer of further testing or even sorry something out. Just " well if the engine blew up tomorrow it wouldn't be our fault would it?" Of course not! Really disappointed spent a mini fortune on " thorough tests that were obviously not run or at least half run. Car is now getting the correct repairs at a trustworthy place. Absolutely infuriated.

Could not be better. I drive this car for approx 4 years, I can feel the general performance is declining, but after i took my car to do the service in this store, its feel like new again. Really recommend this place
