I found the store in Hobart willing to search for a watch and write up details, so I can come back and buy said watch at a later date. I was also given warranty details and any questions answered. Overall I am happy with the willingness and the member of staff and how they recalled who I was and what I was waning on my return.

Considering the very busy location, the service I received was good. My purchase and watch adjustments were completed in under 10 minutes. I would certainly shop here again.

Customer service very poor! My daughter's engagement ring sized wrong, sent "urgent" to be resized, 5 days later no calls, we were told it would be back Friday called Saturday was told to busy with Christmas shoppers to follow up. Had to go instore manager rude, l Had to push to her to call repairer to see if ring was ready. Told should take 2 weeks refused to leave repaired in 2 hours! No apologies , manager did not even come out when we picked it up! Will never recommend Quick to take money after care poor

My fiancé had purchased a ring for me and the service was perfect when he was purchasing and handing the money over but as soon as paid for and the ring was sized incorrectly at no error of ours! No one in the store seemed to care I had to call every day and push for it and chase for my ring!! It was devastating and bo one apologised for anything!
