What an absolutely amazing restaurant on the harbour of Hobart. This place has stunning views of the water and just great atmosphere inside. I had the fish chips and I had expectations, which they definitely delivered on. I highly recommend stopping by and having some lunch to recharge to explore all of Hobart! Thank you so much everyone at Pearl Co.

Could not have ended on a happier dining experience on our last night in Tasmania than our experience at Pear & Co. From the welcome, to the friendly “can do” attitude of the floor staff. The no nonsense, honest tasty food was just what the doctor ordered. All washed down with delicious local beer and wine, with the added bonus of the fishing boat moored behind us. Magical!
Great spot for oysters on the wharf. We are massive fans of the prawn toast which comes with a super fragrant Tom kha broth to dip it in. Highly recommend the Bloody Mary oyster shooters. Spicy, salty, delicious. Friendly staff and a nice view of the water.

We made it just before happy hour finished at 6pm!! 9 mojito - don’t mind if I do! We popped in to a bar around the corner that was jam packed so we kept on walking and found this pearl. Thank goodness we kept walking as the cocktails were 22-24 buck each! My only regret is not getting there earlier to try the other happy hour cocktails. The mojito was really yummy!
Ordered the seafood platter. Seafood was sub optimal at best. Sauces were flavourless. The wait staff also attempted to clear the table before we were done eating. We had ordered sides to accompany the truly ordinary seafood platter and the waitress attempted to clear them before we were done eating. Dessert was every bit as underwhelming as the main and the service.
Never disappointing, live it, testy amazing oysters
