I usually don't get crêpes at the market, because they seem... boring? But after trying them at Salamanca, I couldn't be sorrier for my ignorance! These crêpes are dreamy. Hot, light, chewy, buttery and dangerously addictive, I have since devoured the pesto/spinach/fetta (my FAVE), nutella & strawberries, homemade lemon curd, and just plain with honey. Authentic French crêpes that make you happy \u003c3
