Purchased a car from here that was described as “mint condition”. From my inspection there wasn’t anything cosmetically wrong but it arrived with a chip in the handle of the car. It was also described as a 2015 model but 2017 compliant. I asked what this meant and was told that it was released in line with the 2017 models and that it had the same safety features as 2017. I should have taken photos and not believed the sales person but won’t ever be going back.

Listed my car on CarSales at a great price as wanted to get a quick sell and avoid time wasters. The thought of selling it provoked some anxiety as usually the process is quite stressful, time consuming and frustrating. Dylan Tainton from Melbourne was exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was clear from the beginning with great communication over the phone, came for an inspection and test drive the same day and arrived on time (you wouldn't believe how much that is appreciated after quite a few no shows, cancellations or late comers) and explained the company and the process clearly. He was personable, honest and made me feel comfortable and happy with the process I was dreading so much. Dylan was the differentiating factor between my experience being an extremely stressful one, to actually quite a plesant one. The car was sold with money in my acocunt the next day. Their salesman Kyle was brilliant, honest and very professional. I received more for my vehicle than I’d hoped plus 100 for a cab home but my final tick of approval was the phone call from Kyle about an hour after leaving the dealership to make sure I got home ok.
