Security are friendly, admin team lovely. It's obviously a place many won't like based on the fact they have been demanded to be there, but my experiences in this court have been more than pleasant enough

I had a lot of fun here! The majastret was very entertaining and they give you free water. A lot of people are giving this place low reviews but I think that's not fair because if I didn't want to be sent to court I shouldn't have defrauded all those orphans in the first place. I also give Risdon Prison 5 stars because they let me use a computer to write this review.

So I discovered on sunday morning that you can be handed an interim restraining order, based on proven lies, slander, and false allegations, with a date to attend court to plead your case against alleged behaviors. This date provided to attend court to defend your honour and prove your innocence is actually an unconstitutional lie. My matter was heard without my knowledge or notification 1 month prior to the date provided on court documents provided to myself by tasmanian police officers. And I was then denied my right to defend myself. After spending days writing affidavits disproving slanderous allegations and proving innocence. The hobart courts acted in an unconstitutional manner in denying me a fair trial and the meaning to innocent until proven guilty. I now am in the middle of preparing a list of true facts and tracking witnesses to the true facts, and will then proceed to have the complainants charged with purgery, proceedings with regards to what amounts to slander, that has now seen me medicated and speaking to psychological support services. Thanks for providing a fair and just legal playing field. Damages against the state of tasmania will be pursued as will all persons that harmed my reputation, which led to my 4 year old daughter to suffer undue distress. See you in CRT hobart

The lady that took my paperwork was rude and intimidating. It was obvious i was holding her up.she was condescending and belittling.disgraceful behaviour from person who should have people skills dealing with the public.

One of the few states in Australia that doesnt have an appeal tribunal. You have to fight any govt department that wrongs you. The govt has an unlimited legal budget...they are so backward in Tasmania. You will not get administrative justice here.

The local kangaroo court, that was supposedly on leave, acted as bailiff from this court. I have since referred to it as the local Kangaroo Court. But some of the cases that have gone through this court, give me reason to believe this also. Said he was the court.
