Worst service received. 1st and last time purchasing from here. The lady was more concerned about cleaning and packing away rather than attending to customer. So I asked do you close at 5? (Coz I was there at 4:56) she replied 5:30. She walked away...Asked about a shake, she replied then flew away.... came back with the drink. Then I inquired about the small doughnuts, replied... again flew away (without letting the customer know.... I said I wanted the other doughnuts, do you have a glazed one.... she said no, when you are ready I will come back flew away again..... without receiving an acknowledgment from the customer. It took me a while to understand, where was she running, as I was the only customer at that time. Then peeked from behind and said when you are ready just call me, I said “I am ready!!!!”Firmly. She came back and gave the doughnuts then put it on card Machine then flew away...... my card got DECLINED! She was no where to be seen, I called out 3 times to let her know she needs to enter it again, she got back and again repeated, ‘your card is declined’.. I said ‘that’s what I just said, you need to enter it again’. And then I left. (I wish I had not noticed that card decline and should have just walked away!!! but couldn’t) no thank you, no any other courtesy. I wanted to order a coffee as well, but completely forgot to as there was nothing asked, anything else???, is that all??? Thank you!!! No smile nothing. Totally ruined my experience, thank God i was done with the shopping and was just heading home. She must be going through something, my thoughts are with you!

Called through and ordered 24 doughnuts for 30 minutes time. Get there on time to pick up the doughnuts and they had not even started. Was late for my meeting because of it all. Also presentation was horrible.

Litterally the worse costumer service I have ever received. Had to repeat my order 4 times. Girl behind the counter was pushy and trying to up sell everyone. I received my items individually over a space of 10minutes and when I finally got my order it was wrong and I was charged for things I didn't order.
