Appalling, rude and frankly, unprofessional service from some of the staff. I have been a loyal customer for years and have always recommended them to my family and friends however the service I received today was disgusting, will not be returning.
I walked in asking about a broken zipper on a wallet. The girl got out her equipmenent and fixed it on the spot. She didn’t even charge me! They’ve won my loyalty for future dry cleaning, alterations etc :). Thank you!
