The information offered was excellent. It was easy to return the car at this location and there was no fees to change the location from airport. No surprises on the final invoice.
Fast easy rental process. Quick convenient pick up and drop off. We were even upgraded to a larger car. Vehicle was very clean and tidy and ran perfectly.
Price I was charged at pickup was higher than quoted over phone. I repeated the price back to the salesperson twice so plenty of opportunities for them to correct if I had misheard. (I asked for a written quote to confirm but they wouldn't send.) Small details they missed included not adjusting clock to summer time, so the whole first day I thought I had an hour more than I did. The young couple that hired the car next to mine noticed a flat tyre before they had even opened the door so not sure about attention to detail. Plus that couple missed valuable time on what was, for them, a short tour.

Rented a car that didn't have the features described at pickup, staff were hostile instead of apologetic when politely notified. Billed my credit card despite saying they would wait until I had spoken with general manager, who never contacted me. Check your car carefully, mine had minor external damage that was not on the condition report when I picked up the keys. Bad experience.
Be carful on paying or signing! We rented the car on 20th December for 95 a day and we wanted to rent again on 23rd the stuff was(Donna) said 118 a day I didn’t calculated cos I thought they cost more about bond and I realised they charged me 165 a day. I called them several times but nobody answered When I asked her she kept saying that! you signed the contract. Bad experience
Be careful of the car they provide to you. If you do not find the previous damage in the first time, they will count the damaged cost on you no matter your fault or not, which their vehicle checklist always shown nothing. They will bamboozle you to sign some paper after and charge you the fixing amount without notice. That's really unfair and dirty operations and no place to make complaint.
