After purchasing and using a coffee machine and grinder package from Heath for 2 month now, I can honestly say I would recommend this company to anyone. Heath offered by far the most competitive price for my machines and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He even gave me a bag of his beans to trial which were unsurprisingly delicious! Unlike most businesses in retail, Heath offered outstanding after purchase communication. Everything was delivered ahead of schedule. Two days after delivery, Heath personally called me to ensure everything was running smoothly and that I was satisfied. At no stage of this process was I in any way let down, or disappointed. If you are in the market for something coffee related and like me want to have peace of mind with what is quite a significant purchase then rest assured Happy Farmer Organics is the business for you!

Happy Farmer Organic Coffee, the name alone says it all really. I have been in hospitality for just over 30 years now and it's the best ever coffee! Believe me I have used and drunk many a kilos and my customers totally agree. Dealing with Heath is so smooth (Just like his coffee). Heath is very passionate about his product and were he sources his beans from the story behind the beans origin is worth the read. Heath roasts the beans in small batches therefore its always fresh and the aroma and taste is amazing!. So go ahead order some now you definitely wont be disappointed it will make you HAPPY!. This coffee is mind blowing. Along with having an awesome flavour it is organic and fair trade!! We go through bags off this coffee in an office with over 100 people and have never had a complaint. I use this coffee at home and friends and family always remark how awesome it is. Support farmers and a local aussie company. ️
We buy single origins (mainly the Nepalese) and the Farmer blend for our bustling cafe in Melbourne. The feedback we get from our customers is amazing. We like that Heath from HFO provides organic certifications that we display in our shop. We love this specialty coffee and its ethical reputation it has gained.
Absolutely divine tea and coffee. Delivery was prompt (we shipped it to France mind you) and packaging was perfect. I can thoroughly recommend.
1. They have amazing customer services, emailed them with some questions before purchasing and they were prompt to reply. 2. They also provide extreme detailed info of they coffee beans (which is very very much appreciated). e.g altitude, humidity 3. They accept specific request on orders 4. delivery was quick 5. coffee smells AMAZING. placed it in my bag and when i opened my bag, a stranger asked if I was carrying coffee. (note the coffee was unopened and it was still in the parcel bag also sealed, that's how strong the smell was)
