Was on the phone from 4pm to 4.23pm on hold, only to be told the office is unmanned and I need to call during business hours 8.30am to 5PM. Utter laziness. It's usually good in person, gate lady always smiles, staff are friendly but this really annoyed me. Also one of the cleanest, well organised tips I've seen.
grouch at the gate.. At least staff on the grounds more pleasant.. waste well segregated but the welcome party turned everything sour

Excellent service from the lady on the counter(politely spoken and answered questions calmly) and from the attendants (helpful).Neat and clean facility.
It's a good facility, and the staff members were really nice! It was pricey, so be prepared!
