Short version: Very dodgy people. Avoid any interaction if you can. I received multiple letters from these people, asking if I would respond via SMS two days in advance to their scheduled appointment if I will be home. The letters however were received on the scheduled day!?! When I called up to clarify they blamed it on Australia Post. When I asked them to get the keys from the agent, they said the agent does not have them, which is not true. I scheduled for a different appointment over the phone and subsequently received another letter saying they will come at a later time, when I am not available. Had to call them again to clarify and they blamed on Australia Post again...
