Just Awesome. I had the Dublin Lawyer (garlic and cheese bug) this time around and it was bloody fantastic. The photos are proof of this. If my mouth was big enough, I would have eaten it. Also, free helium on your birthday. The steak is always good as well.

Edit: Looks like it has changed management again. The last 2 visits have been much better. Great meals all round tonight. We have been coming here nearly once a month for 10 years. The last few visits have been a bit lacklustre. It's been a good few months and the new owners (I assume) still can't find any of the buttons. It took 10 minutes just to place an order today with one customer in front of me. The old staff used to make you feel welcome, now it's like you are a burden. I don't think there has been a single "hello" in the last 3 visits. The meals have always been great but today they took 1 hour to come out and they were not exactly hot. There was only 1 other customer there so it wasn't busy. Get some friendly, competent people back on the front bar or you will lose business.

Have visited several times. Always great food. Had fun listening to the live music on Saturday night. Always a great atmosphere and they can make fun cocktails!

As an Irishman myself, I find this restaurant incredibly enjoyable and surprisingly authentic. The design and decorating of both the inside and outside of the establishment is very well put together and never seems busy or overdone like several other restaurants and bars in the area. Whether you're after an authentic Irish meal and drink or a classic Aussie feed this place will definitely suit you. It can seem crowded at some busy times but is not as bad as some other places. There is also often local talent performing at night which can be quite enjoyable, however sometimes a little loud. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for dinners and especially for group celebrations or lunch meetings for businesses in the area or traveling. Overall, fantastic location.

The staff were very friendly and the food was awesome. The Guinness beef pie was huge and very filling. I would recommend stopping in if you are in the area during the next few weeks

Lovely and clean with character. Great meals at reasonable prices. Good service. Quality. Nice atmosphere. Pleasantly surprised on one visit to have my meal refunded as birthday meal was free. Nice touch.

Lovely meal. Great service. We visited on a quiet night so no real atmosphere, but I am sure it would be great.

Great spot to grab a pint and it also has a reasonable menu selection. Try the kangaroo if you've never ate roo. It was one of the only places in town that was open on a Tuesday at 3pm so we went to check it out, and are glad we did. Lots of space for large groups and kid friendly!
