I emailed from the web site a week ahead of event. No response 9 days later. I sent a text. No response 4 days later. I gave up trying to contact them. I wonder if they are good for corporates and commercial - just not for private functions. Would not/could not recommend.

In reality, I turn up (drove 35mins) and the door is locked, I call the number and the person doesnt take a voice call but will correspond via text, lets me know there will be no dry ice for a month. Warehouse isn’t really open to the public and I wouldn’t come here without calling first to see if your product is available. Website needs to reflect the service a little better. “Brisbane Ice warehouse is open to the public in Newstead located in Brisbane’s North side. Visit Brisbane Ice for some Party Ice, Block Ice or have some fun with Dry Ice”.
Don't even bother trying to contact, you will just waste your time.
Absolute waste of time. They don't answer any calls, online enquiries, emails or messages. They have an automatic text that asks for a message and still nothing!
