I am always happy to go to Officeworks and especially to this store. The staff are always welcoming and friendly when you enter. If you ever need a hand then they are there to help in an instant. I love their huge range of stationary, tech and office supplies. They have something for everyone and there is a huge variety so you're sure to find most everything you're looking for.

Most of my experience with Officeworks was good until my phone debacle Returned a faulty phone before the refund was processed I asked if they have the phone I would like to replace it with The staff member answered yes So refund faulty phone reset it and hand it back.. Go to buy replacement phone and turns out that the staff member didn't read the box properly it was a lower model So I now have no phone and nothing to replace it with..The story went for another 2 days with a 1600 Ultra getting purchased and returned because it was not sealed At the end of the day 3500 later in which 300 in taxis and ubers and 2800 in refunds awaiting I end up with a 200 emergency phone so I can get to and from the hospital I don't blame Officeworks too much for selling a faulty phone cause they were fast about the refund..But the mistake by the staff member not reading the phone Box properly cost me about 200 and alot of stress..It's almost a shame for me to leave them a bad review because all of my other click and collect experiences were absolutely great

The carpark is so disgusting, the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Taggs are missing all over the store and there is no way of know how much stuff is unless you try and find staff. Found a notebook with a 5 clearance tag on it and then was told it was in the wrong spot and was actually 39.95. Very dissatisfied with store. Apparently the cleaning is done by a contract cleaner. I am a cleaner and honestly who ever it is needs to be sacked because it is the first thing you see and instantly makes you not want to shop.
