4 it could so easily have been 5 The therapists are experienced n it shows, left us feeling amazing. The owner was able to squeeze us in with some seriously late notice, super thankful for this. schnoodle running around looking for back rubs. Made the waiting time in the lounge okay. Where points were lost were in the details, inbetween the massages. Like after the steam treatment i was told to drink plenty of water. Yet non was offered or provided... Also owner & staff were running around alot. Made for an interesting sight when we first arrived and were waiting for our appointment. Felt these things took away from the day spa experience. Worth a visit. Ta

Everyone was so friendly there. I'm not usually a massage type of person, but the masseuse made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I even almost fell asleep! The space is very clean and lovely. We will definitely be back!

Nice treatment. Meredith knew what she was doing and my skin felt great afterwards. The first reason for 3 stars is there was way too much talking! She just kept talking and talking at the beginning, even though I was not responding. After a few minutes I gave in and responded as it was just getting awkward. She did stop eventually, but half the treatment was gone. The second reason for 3 stars is that the treatment wasn't what was on the website. I had the Foot Bliss, which included a scalp massage I didn't get. Don't advertise it if you don't want to include it, easy fix there. As I said I did enjoy the treatment but it is a shame that it didn't include everything that was advertised and that I had to be told how I should be raising my children for 30 minutes before I could fully relax.

Whilst there are many spas and no doubt more well known spas in the area, I was incredibly impressed with the overall experience at Acqua Viva. The staff were professional and very experienced. Our therapists had over 20 years in the industry and you could definitely tell. Honestly, I’ve had many massages and never leave reviews but this definitely deserves the kudos. I turned to my partner immediately after and couldn’t stop saying how it was up there with the best massage I’ve had if not the best. I usually get deep tissue but booked a relaxation and was so pleased that he listened to my preferences and sore spots and tailored the massage to my body. It was firm, a balance between “getting in to the tight areas” and relaxation. We will definitely back and I couldn’t recommend this day spa more.

had a massage package here, was really good. Much better than the ones in Melbourne. Really enjoyed the essential oil. It just smells so good and relaxing. The boss is lovely as well. Will definitely come back with friends.

Had a really relaxing massage & facial. Intimate setting, not a big bathhouse. Daryl was a great host and thank you Lana for the amazing treatments! Will definitely be back. x

Very expensive pricing for a barely there 3 star presentation. We paid 400 For 2 adults - an hour massage which felt like 45 minutes & a shared mineral bath. It was hard to see what the place actually looked like on the website as they use outsourced photos from more upmarket spa images. So in that sense I believe we were ripped off big time!
