I have been to this branch twice and on both occasions the staff were amazing and very accommodating to my needs. On my most recent visit I dealt with Iva who literally went above and beyond to assist me with all of my telecommunication requirements. Iva, the manager and the whole team offered the most exceptional service that any customer could ask for and this is now the only store I will visit for Telstra services.

Hello been to your store twice in the last 4 weeks, and had Casey help us with a phone, and other products, Telstra Box etc. Casey is very helpful, and caring and has explained all the devices to us. I felt reassured I was able to use these. I think I asked her the same questions twice. She was so polite and helpful. Thanks

It was ok, I feel the representative was not as well informed on all the areas of how the products worked, or rather when services or changes would occur. Something they should all know. So I was left wondering and had to then get online chat to sort these further questions out for me which they did no problems.

This would have to be one of the best experiences I have ever had a a Telstra store Had a few issues with my parents account interstate which they fixed up and I got a new number and internet. Georgia Morgan was a fantastic team member member and Telstra need more awesome staff like her. Well done Georgia and thanks

This was one of the better stores until.today, a greasy haired "young" male would not take no for answer, and became very pushy trying to get a sale. I walked out after telling him so. Needless to say, i will avoid that particular store if he's still there

My recent visit to the Telstra Store at Helensvale. Is one I won't forget anytime soon. I have always enjoyed great service, and informed advice. But today what I experienced was something very different. A young girl was assigned to assist me with my needs. Asked how she could help today. Poor customer service and lack of concern was shown to me and my situation. I chose to leave and attend another day with a different tech support, im sure this is a rare occasion. Although I'm now on hold for an hr on the phone waiting to speak with the manager. Customer service rating poor.

i tried calling the store for 30 minutes before ariving to let them know i dont wear a mask due to a medical condition. i have sarcoidosis in my lungs. no one answered. i arrived and told the lady setting appointments that i dont wear a mask due to my medical condition. she asked the manager and he refused me service with out a mask or evidence of my condition. i went bought a mask cam back and found the manager and two other staff members in the same booth nand not wearing mask. so i asked why dont they have to wear masks one young lady had a tantrum shackimg her head at me . no apology from any of them, not even the manager. abhorrent way to treat a customer with a medical condition.
