i don't normally complain or say anything but this was ridiculous bought a bed had less than 6 months and it broke twice (entire side rail snaped) when wanted to replace part the Male staff member told me that we put to much force into the bed?? whatever that means and the company had no information that we bought the bed in first place so it took long time for us to prove we bought bed and then took over 2 weeks both times to get it fixed with customer service being very unhelpful saying they will fix it but then had to start process again every time we spoke to them today we are going bed shopping again!
