Tania was amazingly helpful. She had a really good selection of dresses for a school formal. Tania also made great suggestions regarding flattering styles. I would highly recommend a visit to Heavenly Bridal and Formal.

I have now bought 2 formal dresses for both my girls from this store and both times they have been very helpful and very friendly , although the new store is smaller but still get the same service from the lady’s working there thank you so much for your help with both my girls formals .
My fiancee went here to have her wedding dress altered. It was only ready two days before the wedding and of course there were still some alterations required. Not a big issues you'd think, but the seamstress had left for the day and was "too busy" to make the alterations. Wouldn't recommend Heavenly Bridal & Formal to anyone. It should be renamed to Hell Bridal and Formal. Note regarding the business' response: Given my fiancee is pregnant, she was advised to come in two weeks prior to the wedding day and have the dress measured for the alterations. They said it would be ready a week later, but it was 10 days. By then, the wedding was in two days time.
I got my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from here and they were so lovely! The dresses were custom colours that were especially ordered in for me! Tania kept me up to date with their arrival and organised alterations for all my bridesmaids!! 100% would recommend!!
Thank you so much Tania for the help and re assurance you gave me today. You could see I was way out of my comfort zone. You were so kind and helpful. You made my daunting task into a happy experience.
Shop not even there anymore, I went there 2 hours ago there is no Heavenly Bridal and Formal store at 175 monterey keys drive helensvale, Google also states under the address that the store is located in IGA Monterey Keys, looked all around that shopping complex and there was no store there
Really helpful staff. They accommodate our needs even though it was short notice. Would definitely recommend.
Got my formal dress from here in 2016 and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They really cared about what I liked and what suited me rather than the price tag of the dresses. Would highly recommend
