Bought 2 dog collars while waiting to get the dog checked out. Good quality collars and service with reasonable prices. Will keep this vet as a backup when my regular vet is closed as Best Friends is a 24/7 business. G'day Emily,your business card at the front desk states you are a 24/7 business. Your bad.

The staff here are so amazing. They are all very friendly and always go above and beyond with there customer service. We have purchased fish, budgies and most recently a kitten from this store. Keep up the great work!

Great pet store for dog treats and fun seasonal toys. There are always plenty of options when we visit and the prices are comparable, often better than chain pet stores. It's definitely a one-stop shop for anything you need. The staff here are super friendly and there is usually someone nearby to help with any questions. We've never had a bad experience here and drive out of our way to visit!

Just had to pay nearly 30 to replace a identification tag, bell/collar which was not on my maltese on return home yesterday from the groomers. When contacted the store she told me they had not reason to take them off (we didn't either so a bit of a coincidence?) and said she would look around for it before hanging up, but sadly never heard anything. Can't really recommend as it cost me 120 to groom a very small dog with a 'don't care' attitude.

We had brilliant service given by a very helpful young lady, who assisted us with a solution for our dog that keeps escaping from her current harness. Unfortunately we didn’t get her name, she has dark hair, long fingernails and long beautiful eyelashes. She went well and beyond our expectations, the right girl for the job. Thank you so much. We feel comfortable that our staffy girl, Maggie will be secure in our hands.
