Grech replaced a 20 year old external gas ducted heater for me in Richmond, and did a terrific job, and were most helpful to deal with and patient with my queries. After an initial visit and a proposal where I asked for several options, we landed on a replacement gas ducted unit that was more efficient with a better controller. They returned promptly to do the install and removed the old unit for disposal and cleaned up behind them. Grech had also helped me 15 years ago when I installed a new heater at a different property I was staying in at the time. No hesitation in recommending them for a job. They were extremely helpful in diagnosing my issues with my heater and recommend a new control panel. The people were very nice and I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly considering covid. Guys were quick on install as well. Now able to use Google to control the heater/cooler and can set schedules for on/off for my home.
Installed my split system. Gave great advice and guidance on selecting something to suit my needs. Installation was done really well, and the team was very professional. Very happy, would recommend.
Prompt service, they know their stuff, and you always get a clear, straight explanation of what's going on (and what the job's going to cost). They've done cooling repairs and installations for us in the past, as well as roofing repairs. Definitely recommend.
Should be called greedy heating and cooling. Charged for labour without any Labor. Worthless and never ever use them.

Quoted us on removal of a split system and install of a unit provided by us. After we purchased a unit they claimed that due to a difference in pipe size (not mentioned during quotation) the quoted price would increase by 200 and were unwilling to negotiate. Poor experience.
