Wonderful place to stay! Very well maintained park with 5 star management, reception and cleaners. The staff legitimately care and will literally go out of there way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This park has honestly been a life saver for me and my small family. We were displaced by COVID as our landlord had family return from overseas when the boarders were closing in Canada. Now we are facing the current rental shortage crisis of trying to secure a permanent rental lease along with thousands of other people moving north away from cities and large populated areas such as Sydney and Melbourne. For ever grateful to the team at Pacific Gardens. Plus they have a 5 star Chinese restaurant and a spectacular swimming pool that is well maintained with a toddlers water feature and a large water slide to cater for children of all ages. Would highly recommend this park to anyone

Great park,very central to Newcastle and surrounds neat facilities and great staff,also pet friendly for short stayers,could use a few more shade trees though especially in the camping areas. :)
One of the nicest caravan parks I've been to, really tidy & nice looking grounds with amenities well set out & very clean with a lovely pool for people to use. There's security gates to get in & out of the grounds & with ample visitors parking everything is safe & secure

Coming home from the Blue Mountains at the beginning of the school holidays we wanted a night to camp with amenities and where dogs were welcomed. Phoned Pacific Gardens and were offered a site immediately - no problem. When we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful, gave us a couple of options of where to camp and actually suggested one more to the rear of the property which we took. Close to amenities, lovely shady grassed spot and we were away from the traffic noise of the highway. Just a basic caravan park but if you are travelling and need a place for a night with good amenities and which is dog friendly I would recommend this place. Very reasonably priced too.
Spacious sites both powered and camp. immaculate amenities. Extremely well run. Shops across the road. Need to book in holidays.

I have really enjoyed my stay at Pacific Gardens. The staff are really helpful, the grounds are well cared for. The cabin has all I needed.
